What Can You Expect

You will gently insert a lubricated rectal nozzle into your rectum about 1 1/2 inches. Then cover yourself with a drapesheet and ring for the therapist. The therapist will instruct you on how to start the water flow and monitor you throughout the session. While you are on the system, you will hold the water in your colon until you feel the sensation to release the water, at which time you will push the water out of the colon (basically what you do when you have a bowel movement.) You are completely covered throughout the session, therefore your privacy and integrity is never compromised. The session takes about 45 minutes and afterward you may return to your normal activities.

How Many Colonics Should I Have?

With over consumption of meat, diary, sugar and white flour products along with heavy exposure to pesticides and other chemicals, our bodies have become toxic. Our body's immune system can no longer handle the large amount of toxins that our food and environment continue to bombard us with. Thus colon cancer is on the rise along with a multitude of other diseases. Our health problems didn't start overnight; it was a gradual pollution of our body. So, it stands to reason that detoxing and cleansing the body cannot be accomplished in one colonic.

We have packages of 6, 8, and 12 colonics which are best done two back-to-back sessions the first week, two back-to-back sessions the second week and then one per week for the remaining colonics in the series.

If you are unable to do a series, we suggest that you do a minimum of two colonics back-to-back, doing another colonic the second day, clients report more significant releases. This is primarily because the colon is already partially hydrated and flushing out impacted fecal matter is easier when it has been softened.

Another important reason is because some toxins may be reabsorbed. So, what happens is you may report flu-like symptoms the next day. When you come for the second session, the liver will pull toxins from the blood system and dump them into the colon where the colonic is readily able to flush them from your system.
